We at Hamnkrogen Lotsen
Andreas and Jennie are the names of those who run Hamnkrogen Lotsen. We are a married couple who are at their best when we get to work together and help each other drive our company forward, we have been working together full-time since 2020.
We have a solid team working at the restaurant. Some of them work all year round and others come in just for the summer. We welcome young people with great heart for their first summer job, to send them a few years later fully fledged into working life with lots of experience and friends for life.

Our history
Andreas has always had a passion for fish and shellfish – something that is inherited in a family of fishermen and pilots. Even as a young man, he had a smokehouse in his grandfather Arne's garden, where islanders and tourists bought smoked fish. From there grew what became Fiskeboa Vrångö, which started with a small cart in Mittvik and later expanded with a larger cart in the guest harbor to better serve both residents and boat guests.
Jennie has a background in hotels and worked at sea for many years before becoming a landlubber and restaurateur.
Together we have opened Fiskeboa on Donsö, built and run Södra Skärgårdens café (now Ternan ) with good friends , had two children and built up Hamnkrogen Lotsen, where Fiskeboa Vrångö is now under the same roof.
